Incandescent

Incandescent photoelectric controls are used when LED light will not work.

Some applications require the use of visible incandescent light, and a wide variety of through-beam sensors are available. Although sold and specified in matched pairs (source/sensor), any sensing head can be actuated by any light source that provides enough light.

Sensors use either cad cells, or phototransistors for greater sensitivity and higher temperature operation.
