Large Area Clearance

The movement of materials in and out of the plant as well as within the plant can be closely monitored with photoelectric controls. For example, objects left on a depalletizer bed interfere with the next pallet load.

Connected in sequence to a photoelectric control, retro-reflective sensors with reflectors are used to automatically scan the depalletizer bed between pallet loads. Obstructions of any light beam will stop the operation.

Movement of materials within the plant may be expedited or unnecessary movement avoided if access areas and temporary storage areas are continuously monitored by photoelectric controls.
