Parallel Ac

Two or more two-wire AC controls can be connected in parallel:

1. One wire from each control is connected to one side of the AC source.
2. The other wire from each control is connected to one side of the load.
3. The other side of the load is connected to the other side of the AC source.

Either AND or OR logic can be obtained with proper selection of the LIGHT or DARK phase switch:

1. With light-enerergized phase, the load will energize when at least on control sees light and will be de-energized only when all see dark.
2. With dark-energized phase, the load will energize when at least on control sees dark and will be de-energized only when all see light.

Up to five controls can be hooked up in parallel.

• In the parallel hook-up, any off-state leakage currents are additive.
