Parts Reflect Beam

A photoelectric proximity control with the beam directed down onto the conveyor belt can be used for void-detection without reflectors.

Each part reflects the light beam back to the sensor (located in the same unit as the light source) and trips the control. If no part appears on the conveyor and no light is reflect back to the sensor, the control does not trip.
