Teller Window Customer Detection

Waiting at the teller window when the teller does not know you are there can be disturbing for customers. Photoelectric controls can increase efficiency of teller operations and improve customer relations.

Dual photoelectric scanners may be installed at each windows. When a customer is at the window, the invisible (infrared) beams detect him by diffuse reflection. This signals the teller to come to the window.

Each pair of scanners is small enough to be mounted inconspicuously under the counter. Each pair is connected to a single control so that detecting by either scanner is sufficient. This allows for wider area coverage.
