Foil Labels

A solid-state proximity control is activated by metal, both ferrous and non-ferrous. This can be used to to count pressure sensitive foil labels as the are being unrolled (or rolled) an a conveyor.

The proximity control operates in any position and can be adjusted to fit the distance requirements of the application. No contact with the object being counted is required.

Any metal of almost any thickness will operate the control.

RF-proximity controls are ideal for rotation measuring, vane detection and object detection as well as counting.
